Our shipping charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Orders under $86.47 are subject to a $7.58 shipping fee.
- Orders of $86.47 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days.
- Estimated carrier transit time is 7–12 business days after processing.
- The total estimated delivery time is approximately 8–15 business days, including order processing and carrier transit.
Shipping is handled through carriers such as DHL and UPS, depending on the shipment and service availability.
The delivery timeframes above are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Any applicable taxes will be calculated or displayed as required by applicable law. The final amount payable will be shown during checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled through the ordinary order cancellation process. However, customers may still have return, refund, withdrawal, or other rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
